About the Role

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing the overall maintenance programs. This role ensures the community’s facilities remain operational and well‑maintained. The day‑to‑day duties include performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical work, assisting the Service Manager with community tasks, completing service requests accurately and promptly, and conducting preventative maintenance repairs. The technician responds to emergency calls according to company policy, assists with resident functions, and participates in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs. • Assist Service Manager and complete service requests promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to emergency calls. • Support resident functions and contribute to community preservation plans.

What You Bring

Candidates should be punctual, dependable, self‑starting team players with at least one year of apartment maintenance experience and an A/C Certification Type II or Universal. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call are required. • Require ≥1 year apartment maintenance experience and A/C Certification Type II/Universal. • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexible on‑call availability.
