About the Role

The Tenant Services Coordinator supports BGIS clients by coordinating the delivery of small‑scale maintenance projects, workspace changes, design services and office services. This role also handles the resolution of tenant issues related to service projects, assembles scopes and specifications, oversees tendering, manages financial administration and monitors contractor performance for tenant service and base building projects. • Receive, process and validate service requests via phone, email, and in‑person; maintain service call/work order tracking. • Coordinate BGIS and subcontractors to deliver tenant services within scope. • Assist Facility Managers with small‑scale tenant service projects: determine required skills, select contractors, monitor performance, budget, quality, and assign work. • Review contract work, report discrepancies to Facility Manager, and request purchase orders. • Interpret client work processes, workplace culture, and policies for effective service delivery.

What You Bring

• High school diploma plus specialized technical or business coursework. • 1‑3 years of relevant experience. • Strong client management and customer service abilities. • Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of project delivery and tendering processes. • General understanding of commercial building systems or construction. • Excellent organizational, coordination and documentation skills; ability to multitask. • Ability to work independently and interpret contracts. • Proficiency with CAD considered an asset. • Experience related to facility management, infrastructure, client industry sector, or government sector. • Proficient with MS Office and email software. • Valid driver’s license, as required.
