About the Role

In this role you will support all phases of utility construction on various telecom projects, leading by example and fostering a strong safety culture. You will guide multiple crews, ensure deadlines are met, and provide high‑level customer service throughout project execution. • Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (aerial and underground). • Lead by example and support the company‑wide safety culture. • Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects. • Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers. • Give direction to multiple crews and their job site activities.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate prioritizes safety daily, has a proven record of high‑quality work, and enjoys hands‑on problem solving. Experience in telecom construction (coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading) and strong leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to coach and mentor a team. • Track record of completing work with a high level of quality. • Enjoy a hands‑on approach to solving hard problems. • Experienced leader supporting day‑to‑day needs of a construction crew. • Knowledge of telecom construction (coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc.). • Enjoy problem‑solving and troubleshooting issues in the field. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software. • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591) align with the position.
