About the Role
The Specialist EHS – Health and Safety will join the NOS GeoZone HSE team, primarily supporting site‑based activities at Kirkhill, Aberdeen, while also contributing to HSE improvements across other Aberdeen‑area locations. The role focuses on promoting a safe working environment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement through cross‑functional collaboration. • Support GeoZone HSE initiatives through cross‑functional collaboration. • Provide on‑site HSE support and drive standardisation across Aberdeen‑area sites. • Manage compliance processes, including packaging, SPI data collection and reporting. • Collect and analyse HSE performance data to identify trends and enable continuous improvement. • Deliver HSE training, inductions, awareness sessions and coach users on systems such as Intelex and SharePoint. • Engage site employees to promote positive HSE behaviours and strengthen safety culture. • Facilitate risk/COSHH assessments, inspections, audits, incident investigations and emergency response planning.

What You Bring
• Hold a relevant degree or high school diploma with substantial HSE experience and a NEBOSH General Certificate. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑influence skills. • Be proficient with HSE management systems and digital reporting tools. • Work independently, manage multiple priorities and apply analytical problem‑solving abilities. • Exhibit a proactive, self‑starter mindset with initiative and authority. • Access contemporary work‑life balance policies, wellbeing activities and tailored financial programs.
