About the Role
In this role you will manage and supervise branch employees, ensure adherence to company procedures, and oversee all branch operations. You will liaise with sales representatives, customers, and administrative staff to deliver excellent service and resolve serious installation or service issues. Health and safety compliance, accident documentation, and collaboration with other branches for knowledge sharing and promotional planning are also key duties. • Supervise branch staff and ensure compliance with all company procedures. • Communicate with sales reps, customers, and admin personnel to deliver top‑tier service and resolve installation issues. • Enforce health and safety standards and document jobsite accidents. • Coordinate knowledge sharing and promotional activities with other branches. • Inspect quality of employee and subcontractor installations.

What You Bring
Candidates must bring at least eight years of experience in the home improvement industry and five years in a management or supervisory capacity. Strong written and verbal communication, the ability to inspect and assure quality of installations, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools such as i360 and Salesforce are required. A valid driver’s license is also necessary. • Require 8+ years home‑improvement experience and 5+ years in a management role. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools (i360, Salesforce). • Hold a valid driver’s license.
