About the Role
The successful candidate will support overall project development in growth areas of the Digital Design Domain, including 1D modelling and RFQ activities. They are expected to generate tangible outcomes on assigned projects and work closely with the global digital design team to advance technology. • Participate in internal open‑innovation events with business and research groups • Apply internal systems and processes to project work after training • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (development, product management, project management)

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Computer Science and possess a basic understanding of physics and mechanical engineering concepts such as structural, thermal, and fluid flow. Familiarity with AI/ML tools, CAD software, and analysis packages is preferred, as is experience with programming languages like Python, MATLAB, VBA, or C#. The role involves participation in internal open‑innovation events, applying internal systems and processes after training, and collaborating with multidisciplinary, multicultural teams worldwide. Effective communication and the ability to present to engineering and business leadership are essential. • Basic understanding of physics and mechanical engineering (structural, thermal, flow) • Basic knowledge of AI/ML technologies and tools • Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) – preferred • Experience with analysis software (ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink) and programming languages (Python, MATLAB, VBA, C#) – preferred • Knowledge of advanced ML modeling methods – preferred • Work effectively with diverse, multicultural, geographically dispersed teams • Present technical concepts to engineering and business leadership globally
