Serve meals and assist residents in dining area at senior living community.

About the Role
• Take resident dining orders with a friendly, attentive demeanor. • Learn and remember residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions. • Set up the dining room with all necessary items (silverware, napkins, menus, condiments). • Clean and sanitize the dining room, menus, kitchen, serving stations, and other areas as directed. • Follow safe food‑handling practices. • Prepare beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments for service. • Assist residents with special dining requests and ensure all are accounted for each meal, documenting attendance. • Attend all scheduled in‑service training and comply with federal, state, local regulations and community policies.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum one year experience in fine‑dining hospitality or full‑service senior‑living environment. • Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong organizational and time‑management skills. • Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. • Experience working with seniors. • Stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 lb, use fine and gross motor skills, and practice proper body mechanics.

The Dining Server provides excellent customer service and creates a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests by taking meal orders, serving meals, and offering assistance.
