About the Role

In this position, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional engineering teams to create seamless, intuitive, and high‑performing user experiences across Schneider Electric’s platforms. Your expertise in Razor, React, JavaScript, and C# will be essential for shaping applications that serve both customers and internal teams. • Develop and maintain web applications using Razor, JavaScript, React, and C#. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into high‑quality technical solutions. • Implement responsive, intuitive UI designs for seamless user experiences across devices. • Optimize performance and address bottlenecks to ensure smooth application operation. • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain stability and reliability. • Stay current with industry trends and contribute ideas to keep applications modern and competitive.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of full‑stack development experience, strong skills in the required technologies, a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and SQL, as well as familiarity with version control. Analytical problem‑solving ability, effective communication, and teamwork are also essential. Additional qualifications such as a relevant bachelor’s degree, Agile/Scrum experience, cloud exposure (Azure or AWS), UI/UX understanding, or background in Building Management Systems are considered valuable assets. • Minimum 3 years experience as a Full Stack Developer. • Strong proficiency in Razor, React, JavaScript, and C#. • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front‑end frameworks. • Experience with .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and SQL databases. • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (optional). • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (optional). • Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud services (optional). • Understanding of UI/UX principles (optional). • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is a strong advantage (optional).
