About the Role
In this client‑facing position the Project Manager will oversee schedule, scope, and cost, develop the Project Management plan and fee proposal, and drive value‑engineering initiatives. Coordination with the cost‑management group, permitting authorities, and internal teams ensures projects stay on track and meet client expectations. • Plan and manage project schedule, scope, and budget. • Develop and present the Project Management plan and fee proposal. • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and approve material substitutions. • Communicate project goals and updates to stakeholders and team members. • Monitor scope throughout execution and recommend contract adjustments. • Coordinate cost estimates, studies, and budget reconciliation with cost‑management group. • Organize and maintain electronic and physical project documentation. • Lead the permitting process with local, state, and federal agencies. • Ensure design compliance with client standards, budget, and schedule. • Prepare cost and revenue forecasts for the project.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least four years of experience in project, engineering, or construction management, demonstrated ability to create and communicate cost and revenue projections, and a solid understanding of permitting processes. Effective written and oral communication, relationship‑building, and a commitment to the firm’s core values are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is required; certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED are preferred. The role demands self‑accountability, continuous skill development, and the ability to manage compressed schedules creatively. • Possess 4+ years of project, engineering, or construction‑management experience. • Demonstrate experience creating PM plans, fee proposals, and action plans. • Show strong written and oral communication skills. • Understand permitting procedures and ability to meet project timelines. • Hold a BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Preferred certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $106,800 – $142,400 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, holidays, disability coverage, and an employee assistance program.
