Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations for hotel facilities.

About the Role
• Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, and ceiling work (knockdown, popcorn). • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning. • Replace light bulbs and ballasts. • Repair closet and drapery tracks; stain and repair furniture. • Maintain clear communication with engineering leadership and assist on special projects.

What You Bring
• Require high school diploma and 1–2 years of maintenance experience. • Must be able to climb stairs, work on ladders up to 40 ft, push/pull up to 100 lb, lift/carry up to 50 lb, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
