What You Bring
Kimley‑Horn’s Fort Worth, Texas office is hiring a Civil Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) with at least two years of traffic engineering experience. This on‑site role is part of the Transportation/Traffic team and is not remote. • Possess 2+ years of traffic engineering experience, including traffic impact, parking, and site access studies. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program. • Hold Engineer‑In‑Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern certification (or obtain within 12 months). • Use Synchro, VISSIM, or similar traffic analysis software. • Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely. • Demonstrate excellent technical writing skills. • Be detail‑oriented and foster a positive work environment. • Work independently and collaboratively.
