About the Role
The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for delivering profitable, incremental revenue within an assigned geography. They develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, site owners, management companies, engineering firms, contractors and other clients to support the customer’s strategic plan. The role focuses on both new sales and retention of existing accounts, introducing a full suite of services such as industrial services, field services, emergency response, site remediation, waste transportation and disposal. Core duties include building a robust sales funnel, seeking opportunities with prospect and existing accounts to expand service penetration, and creating detailed account plans that outline growth, risk ratings and retention strategies. The executive uses a CRM daily to log activities and develop comprehensive customer profiles, while staying abreast of market behavior and competitive trends to anticipate changing client needs. They also ensure timely completion of customer service agreements, reports and other paperwork, and travel weekly with occasional overnight trips. • Build and maintain a sales funnel targeting new prospect accounts for environmental solutions. • Expand revenue within existing accounts by deepening service penetration and identifying price‑improvement opportunities. • Develop and communicate detailed account plans covering growth, risk ratings and retention strategies. • Use CRM daily to schedule activities, document interactions and create robust customer profiles. • Monitor market and competitive trends to anticipate changing customer needs. • Offer total waste‑stream management solutions to commercial, industrial and recycling clients. • Complete customer service agreements, reports and paperwork promptly according to company policy. • Travel weekly, including overnight trips, to meet clients and attend industry events.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a proven record of generating new business in the environmental field, strong technical knowledge of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance, and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Minimum qualifications include five years of waste or industry experience, at least two years of direct selling in a customer‑facing role, and a valid driver’s license; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. The position offers a pay range of $95,000 to $130,550, with eligibility for a performance‑based bonus plan. • Demonstrated track record of new business generation in the environmental field. • Minimum of 5 years waste/industry experience and 2 years direct sales experience; valid driver’s license required. • Strong technical expertise in environmental solutions, regulatory compliance and Microsoft Office proficiency.
