About the Role
Key responsibilities include overseeing construction activities to verify compliance with approved plans, standards, and specifications, maintaining detailed inspection records, and preparing comprehensive reports. What You Bring
Parsons is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector (Roads & Utilities) to ensure the successful execution and quality of road and utility infrastructure projects. The role involves conducting thorough inspections, enforcing company standards, and delivering comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and possesses at least five years of experience supervising road construction, structural slab, soil subgrade, and utility projects, including traffic management. Strong blueprint reading, construction specification interpretation, and clear oral and written communication skills are essential. Desired expertise includes supervision and handover of wet utilities such as storm water, sewerage, potable water, and irrigation, with knowledge of Abu Dhabi Authority requirements, snagging, desnagging, and As‑Built review.
