About the Role
The role involves performing repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyor systems, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions, and other rotating equipment, while adhering to strict safety protocols and company guidelines. Technicians must use hand and power tools, rigging equipment, and welding gear, operate forklifts and lift equipment, work at heights with fall protection, and complete related administrative tasks such as time accounting and work‑order documentation. • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, piping, heat exchangers, and rotating equipment. • Follow PJHA, observation processes, and all safety guidelines in a team‑oriented environment. • Develop and update preventive maintenance standards and provide work‑order feedback. • Operate hand and power tools including grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill presses, and hydraulic pullers. • Conduct welding and cutting torch operations as required. • Use forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks, and skid loaders; work from ladders, platforms, and scaffolding with fall protection. • Maintain personal tool inventory and ensure it is up to date. • Complete administrative duties such as time accounting and work‑order completion accurately and promptly. • Maintain compliance with company and customer regulations and achieve performance objectives. • Communicate effectively with team members to support short‑ and long‑range planning.

What You Bring
Candidates need a high school diploma or GED (an AA in Industrial Maintenance is preferred) and at least five years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent education. The position requires physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 lb, working at heights, and wearing respirators, as well as strong manual dexterity, precision control, and communication skills. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. • Possess high school diploma or GED; AA in Industrial Maintenance preferred. • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or 4+ years of related education. • Knowledge of hand/power tools, precision alignment, rigging, pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, mathematics, and preventive/predictive maintenance. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, work at heights, operate equipment, and wear a respirator when needed. • Strong manual dexterity, control precision, observation, communication, and information ordering skills.
