About the Role
As the Workplace Planning & Reporting Strategy Lead, you will be a senior leader responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision and long‑range roadmap for all occupancy planning activities across the client’s global or regional real estate portfolio. You will provide executive oversight to the Occupancy Planning department, driving maximum space utilization, optimizing the workplace experience, and aligning all real estate decisions with corporate financial and business objectives. • Define and execute strategic vision and roadmap for occupancy planning. • Provide executive oversight to maximize space utilization and improve workplace experience. • Align real estate decisions with corporate financial and business objectives.

Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $175,000 – $200,000 annually, with the final offer dependent on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. Candidates may also be eligible for a company incentive or bonus program.
