About the Role
The role involves painting interior surfaces, preparing and repairing walls, and performing drywall and plaster work, with additional assets for drywall installation and metal stud framing. • Paint walls, ceilings, doors, hallways, and shelving in apartment units. • Prepare surfaces for plastering. • Fill nicks and cuts in ceilings, walls, and partitions using plaster. • Repair walls with drywall. • Sand areas after each coat to make drywall paint‑ready. • Perform drywall repairs, taping, and plastering.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of experience, provide their own tools, and demonstrate quality, speed, and problem‑solving abilities while following scheduled tasks. • Drywall installation (considered an asset). • Framing with metal studs (considered an asset). • Minimum three years of painting experience. • Own tools (not supplied by the company). • Ability to problem‑solve on‑site and off‑site. • Ability to follow and complete daily, weekly, and monthly task schedules.
