About the Role
The Senior Associate will act as Project Manager for both existing buildings and new construction, handling enclosure assessments, air‑leakage testing, construction administration, design‑assist/design‑review, and commissioning, while collaborating with architects, contractors, engineers, and owners to deliver high‑quality consulting solutions. • Manage building enclosure projects from proposal through delivery, controlling budgets, scopes, and schedules. • Lead investigations, testing, assessments, commissioning, and repair design efforts. • Oversee fieldwork, data analysis, and preparation of technical reports. • Conduct QA/QC reviews of project deliverables. • Promote a safe workplace, enforce PPE use and safety policies. • Prepare monthly invoices and support collections. • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. • Assist senior staff with marketing and business development activities. • Prepare technical proposals, scopes, and budgets. • Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff; oversee daily project team activities. • Provide feedback, performance input, and training as assigned by leadership. • Uphold ECS standards, procedures, and a safety‑first culture.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a BS or MS in civil engineering, architecture, structural or architectural engineering, at least six years of relevant professional experience, and professional licensure or certification such as PE, RA, or IIBEC credentials. • Hold BS/MS in civil engineering, architecture, structural or architectural engineering. • Possess 6+ years of relevant professional experience. • Hold professional licensure or certification (PE, RA, IIBEC, etc.).
