About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer, you will support our engineering teams on inspiring, demanding, and collaborative designs, learning from senior staff while contributing to innovative solutions and client satisfaction. • Create basic designs under direction of senior engineer/designer • Learn drawing organization and company standards • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for a variety of projects • Coordinate designs with other trades under senior guidance • Support design and engineering of new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades • Assist engineers with field investigations and construction site visits • Participate in EDT program training sessions and support activities • Attend Engineering Development Program continuing education seminars

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025, Spring/Summer 2026) and meet additional requirements listed below. • Own completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025, Spring/Summer 2026) • Previous engineering internship (a plus) • Knowledge of latest MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience a plus • Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite • FE or EIT preferred
