About the Role

A Driver‑CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, provides courteous waste removal services, ensures vehicle compliance with safety standards, adheres to all regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports. Principal responsibilities include performing pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections (tire pressure, fluids, safety equipment), reporting safety issues, operating the truck along assigned routes, loading and compacting refuse, and disposing of material at designated facilities. The driver must interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for prohibited items, clean accidental spills, maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete route and productivity sheets, and meet productivity standards while following safety policies and participating in the ReSOP program.

What You Bring
