About the Role
Key duties include bridging business and technology, working closely with operations and technical teams, and delivering requirement specifications. The manager provides analytic support by extracting data from various databases, creating report templates, and acting as the data custodian for trend analysis and road‑worthiness verification. The position is responsible for generating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as well as MIS and predictive analytics. It also oversees statutory compliance documentation, audits, and the uploading of required records to the OGS compliance tool, ensuring timely renewals and proper record‑keeping. • Serve as primary JLL contact at client site, handling tenant interactions and feedback. • Align business objectives with technology solutions and coordinate with operations and technical teams. • Extract and interpret data from multiple databases, creating report templates and data gathering tools. • Act as data custodian, performing trend analysis, ensuring data roadworthiness, and delivering reports and dashboards. • Manage statutory compliance documentation, conduct audits, and maintain records in shared folders. • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and MIS as required. • Collaborate with finance on budget targets and cross‑verify data against agreed terms of reference. • Oversee compliance tools and track expiration/renewal of statutory requirements.

What You Bring
Candidates should be analytical, meticulous, and capable of coordinating across multiple teams while solving problems with logical troubleshooting. A degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (or equivalent) and 3‑5 years of experience in real estate, hotel, or construction—preferably with residential site exposure—is required. • Require a degree/diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (or equivalent) with 3‑5 years in real estate, hotel, or construction. • Must possess strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
