About the Role
The Journeyman Plumber is a key member of our field team, handling everything from layout and installation to pressure testing and final inspections to ensure plumbing systems meet the highest safety, function, and quality standards. Working under experienced leaders and alongside a reliable crew, you will have the opportunity to refine your craft, mentor apprentices, and expand your influence on the job site, whether you aim to become a foreman or a trusted technical expert. The position involves performing a full range of Journeyman or Master Journeyman duties across plumbing, piping, sheet metal, electrical, ironworking, and welding in construction, finishing, and repair projects. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, offering a stable yet dynamic environment for professional growth. • Perform trade‑specific tasks on construction sites. • Oversee crew productivity and ensure schedules and deadlines are met. • Conduct layout activities and material takeoffs as needed. • Handle material, tool, and equipment requisitions related to the trade. • Execute planned maintenance tasks and equipment start‑ups with documentation. • Perform quality control inspections and technical troubleshooting. • Work in dusty, noisy, hazardous, high, tight, confined, and adverse locations.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience acceptable. • Journeyman or Master License required. • Maintain good physical condition; stand for extended periods. • Demonstrate dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, and problem‑solving aptitude. • Know building codes, regulations, and maintain a clean work area. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Possess expert knowledge of trade tools, equipment, and materials. • Exhibit keen attention to detail. • Climb, balance, squat, kneel, crouch, and work in all weather conditions. • Lift, move, or carry up to 50 lb. • Recognized with industry awards and accreditations.
