About the Role
The Senior Facility Executive works with the facilities manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, including administrative functions, security, and facility services. Responsibilities also cover supply management, contract oversight, risk mitigation through emergency evacuation and crisis management, health and safety monitoring, and budget control, ensuring adequate petty cash and compliant vendor invoicing. A strong focus on client satisfaction drives the role, requiring the handling of difficult issues, pursuit of operational improvements, and alignment with key performance metrics and service level agreements. The executive conducts routine service audits and prepares stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management updates for clients. • Oversee daily facility operations, including administration, security, and service delivery. • Manage supplies, service contracts, and vendor invoicing to maintain smooth operations. • Lead emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity planning. • Monitor health and safety compliance and control the property budget and petty cash. • Drive continuous improvement, conduct service audits, and produce regular operational reports. • Work on‑site in Navi Mumbai with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a degree in business, hotel, or building management and bring three to five years of facilities‑management experience. They must demonstrate solid knowledge of property operations, occupational safety, and client‑centric service, along with proven team‑leadership abilities, improvement‑plan execution, and superior communication and reporting skills. • Hold a degree in business, hotel, or building management. • Possess 3–5 years of facilities‑management experience. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of property operations and occupational safety. • Exhibit proven team‑leadership and the ability to implement improvement plans. • Maintain excellent communication and reporting skills.
