About the Role
The Admin Executive provides administrative support for the Maintenance Helpdesk, Asset Management, and event coordination functions. The role involves manning the maintenance hotline, email account, and web‑based maintenance management system, ensuring prompt responses to calls and emails. The executive handles fault and emergency calls, delivers front‑line remedial actions, and activates appropriate contractors to carry out repairs. All faults and work requests reported by clients, end users, contractors, or staff are recorded, and contractors are supervised until work is closed to BFRs. The role also includes liaising with end users to schedule appointments, escorting contractors to sites, and assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the BM/ABM and clients. • Manage maintenance hotline, email, and web‑based system, ensuring rapid response. • Respond to fault/emergency calls, provide immediate remedial actions, and dispatch contractors. • Record all faults and work requests from clients, users, and contractors. • Supervise contractors to complete work and close BFRs. • Coordinate appointments with end users and escort contractors to sites. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for BM/ABM and clients. • Perform additional tasks as assigned by BM/ABM or clients.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Higher NITEC or ITC in Administration (or an approved equivalent trade certification) and have at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, is required, and experience in a call‑center environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. • Hold Higher NITEC/ITC in Administration or equivalent with minimum two years experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; call‑center experience preferred. • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
