About the Role

The Employee Relations team is hiring a full‑time ER Advisor to provide timely, pragmatic, and legally sound first‑line advice and case management for people managers across the UK and Ireland. The role includes supporting managers with investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, flexible working requests, and absenteeism, as well as coaching them on daily HR tasks such as return‑to‑work interviews, occupational health referrals, and letter writing. The Advisor will also deliver policy guidance, share best practices within the HRSS team, support ER partners on projects like redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers and office moves, assist with medium to high‑risk case management, drive continuous improvement, and liaise with the legal team on DSARs. • Deliver first‑line employee relations advice and case management to UK & Ireland managers. • Conduct investigations, grievances, disciplinary, performance and flexible‑working matters. • Coach managers on return‑to‑work interviews, occupational health referrals, behaviour and capability management. • Provide policy guidance and disseminate HR best practices across the HRSS team. • Support ER partners on projects such as redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers and office relocations. • Assist with medium to high‑risk case management and take detailed notes. • Champion continuous improvement initiatives with HR and other support functions. • Respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) on behalf of the legal team.

What You Bring

Success requires strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance, excellent organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR databases, a proactive, results‑driven attitude, and experience coaching managers using the GROW model. • Apply strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance. • Demonstrate excellent organisational, prioritisation and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; coach using the GROW model. • Utilise Microsoft Office suite and HR databases proficiently.
