About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR team’s daily operations through data entry, scheduling, and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, guiding new hires through onboarding, preparing orientation materials, and serving as a point of contact for employee questions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. • Assist with new‑hire onboarding: collect information, initiate background checks and drug screens, prepare orientation materials, and update employee records. • Schedule employee drug testing using a third‑party system. • Process E‑Verify requests to confirm work eligibility. • Maintain confidential filing systems and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices. • Enter employee data accurately into JDE, Navex, and DISA while meeting deadlines. • Coordinate interview, meeting, and travel logistics for HR and Operations. • Respond to general employee inquiries and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the HR Manager. • Manage building badge system for new hires, visitors, and badge replacements. • Draft various HR communications. • Provide general support such as answering phones, data entry, filing, ordering supplies, and receiving visitors for other QISG departments. • Follow internal standards, policies, and procedures. • Execute special projects and other assigned duties.

What You Bring
• Minimum of 1 year HR administrative experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • Experience working with JD Edwards (preferred). • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills. • Strong time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
