About the Role

The Multifamily team is seeking a Construction Planning Specialist who will manage partner relationships, oversee certificates of insurance (COI) expirations, and coordinate onboarding documentation. This role serves as the expert for the partner portal, processes pre‑construction invoices, handles bid requests for specialties such as arborist, GeoTech, GPR, and re‑roofs, and drafts contracts and work orders. Additional responsibilities include content management, prevailing‑wage proposal handling, battery management team scheduling, and cross‑department collaboration while attending critical pipeline meetings. • Track and manage expiration dates for partner certificates of insurance (COI). • Coordinate yearly requests for umbrella policies and COI documentation. • Review, send, and obtain signatures for Master Service Agreements (MSA). • Onboard new partners by preparing and managing all required documentation. • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the partner portal, supporting internal and external users. • Process invoices related to pre‑construction activities. • Handle bid requests for arborist, GeoTech, GPR, re‑roof, and contract/FSD submissions. • Draft contracts, distribute FSDs and work orders, and manage contract sign‑offs. • Create and update content documents as processes evolve. • Prepare and submit prevailing‑wage proposals for signature. • Assist build partners with DIR and SURGE inquiries. • Coordinate battery management team scheduling and collaborate across multiple departments.

Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $63,905.49 to $85,207.32, with decisions based on market location rather than salary history.
