About the Role

What You Bring
You will build positive relationships with customers, promote additional company products and services, and demonstrate strong communication and problem‑solving skills to ensure satisfaction. Candidates must have at least a Grade 12 education, a Gas Technician II license, an Ontario Air Conditioning Mechanic C of Q, and a valid ODP card and Class G driver’s license. Three to five years of field experience with water heaters and HVAC equipment is preferred, and applicants must be able to work rotating shifts, meet physical demands, and demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Require at least Grade 12 education (or equivalent) • Require Gas Technician II license, Air Conditioning Mechanic C of Q (Ontario 313d), valid ODP card, and Class G driver’s license • Prefer 3–5 years of field experience with water heaters and HVAC equipment • Ability to work rotating shifts, standby duties, and meet physical demands • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and customer service skills • Be punctual, dependable, wear company uniform, and maintain company vehicle
