About the Role

The Project Engineer role focuses on contributing to the safety, direction, completion, and financial outcomes of construction projects from initial budgeting through to closeout, working closely with project management and field supervision to set operational priorities and ensure quality. • Identify and exceed client needs to ensure customer satisfaction. • Estimate, value engineer, and develop project budgets. • Facilitate the subcontractor bid process, handling documentation distribution and tracking. • Negotiate subcontractor and material buyouts and develop contracts. • Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects while resolving conflicts and maintaining quality and safety. • Monitor, forecast, and analyze project costs to protect profitability. • Lead project closeout activities and documentation. • Build relationships, motivate teams, and provide clear direction. • Engage with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Prepare and deliver client presentations, negotiating new contracts.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a B.S. in Construction Engineering or a related field, have 3–5 years of construction experience, possess strong communication and relationship‑building skills, and be self‑motivated with an eye for detail.
