About the Role
Lead Mechanical Construction Engineer (Piping, Pipeline & Plant Fire Water Systems) – EPC/PMC. The role leads and manages mechanical construction activities related to piping, pipelines, and plant fire water systems, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely execution per Saudi Arabian standards, project specifications, and approved drawings. • Lead construction of process piping, cross‑country pipelines, and above‑ground/underground fire‑water networks. • Act as the primary mechanical interface with EPC contractors, PMC, client, vendors, and commissioning teams. • Ensure compliance with SAES, SAMSS, SABIC Engineering Standards, ASME, API, NFPA, and other international codes. • Review and approve method statements, ITPs, work packs, and address technical queries. • Enforce HSE requirements, permit‑to‑work, lifting operations, and construction safety standards. • Monitor construction progress, manpower, material usage and resolve on‑site issues. • Support hydro‑testing, flushing, reinstatement, pre‑commissioning and commissioning up to handover.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of mechanical construction experience, including lead roles on Saudi Arabian projects. • Possess strong EPC/PMC experience in oil & gas or petrochemical plant projects.
