About the Role

The Director role leads leasing strategy and talent development to maximize market growth for Cushman & Wakefield, identifying opportunities, shaping client relationships, and driving high‑value negotiations. The position drives business development through proactive market research, asset inspections, and strong owner relationships, while also overseeing negotiations to secure Heads of Agreement and lease documentation. The Director builds and maintains a comprehensive market intelligence database, produces the Office Market Report and business development tools, and collaborates with agents and stakeholders to generate tenant opportunities. As a trusted advisor, the Director provides strategic market insights, conducts leasing meetings, designs tailored marketing proposals, and upholds the firm’s culture, sustainability practices, and integrated CRE solutions. • Identify and evaluate new leasing opportunities via market research and asset inspections. • Build and sustain relationships with property owners through meetings and presentations. • Lead negotiations to secure Heads of Agreement and finalize lease documentation. • Create and maintain a comprehensive market data database and produce the Office Market Report. • Drive canvassing efforts to generate tenant opportunities and expand the client base. • Provide strategic market insights and advisory services to clients. • Conduct regular leasing strategy meetings and manage tailored marketing proposals. • Model Cushman & Wakefield’s culture, values, and sustainability practices. • Collaborate with the broader CRE team to deliver integrated real‑estate solutions. • Develop market standards, train and mentor talent, and hire high‑performing team members.
