About the Role
Interns will regularly use technical software to analyze, produce, and quality‑check client deliverables, support pre‑construction civil engineering design and planning across varied projects, solve complex problems with project managers, and become familiar with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company standards. • Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, VISSIM, OpenRoads, Synchro, or GIS for deliverables. • Contribute to design, planning, permitting, and analysis for pre‑construction civil projects. • Collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions for future built environments. • Learn and apply federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.

What You Bring
