About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property, requiring regular onsite presence and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and the turnover process. • Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours and maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, meet closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and handle resident complaints, concerns, and service requests to ensure satisfaction. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, special promotions, and monthly newsletters. • Assist in executing the annual marketing plan and conduct weekly market surveys and analyses. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies.

What You Bring

• Require a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Physical ability to lift or move objects up to 25 lb, ascend/descend ladders and stairs, stand or sit for extended periods, and work overtime, weekends, nights, and in varied environmental conditions.
