About the Role
Zekelman Industries seeks a Quality Supervisor for our Atlas Tube Blytheville, AR Plant. Reporting to the Quality Manager this position works directly with the Quality Employees/Operations in Blytheville. This person will assist in directing, overseeing, and managing the Quality Department for Blytheville. Other responsibilities include providing technical assistance to other departments as required, supporting the quality and technical groups of other facilities producing structural tubing, acting as the company’s technical representative on external complaints, and determining steel grade requirements with suppliers. Develop and implement quality policies for Atlas Tube Blytheville. • Lead the Quality Group supporting the Quality Manager. • Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated. • Provide backup and support for inline NDT. • Ensure required inspections are completed. • Review and disposition nonconforming material and schedule rework. • Maintain the quality management system. • Liaise with customers regarding quality issues and product information. • Coordinate with the sales team on product information. • Provide training to quality staff related to their roles. • Assist shipping with inspections as needed. • Promote health and safety practices per regulatory and company policies. • Review and understand product specifications and standards.

What You Bring
• Flex to all shifts as needed, with primary shift during days. • Possess at least 5 years of experience in a quality supervisory role. • Experience with ISO 9001 quality system, NDE inspection, and API products (preferred). • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. • Demonstrate strong computer skills. • Exhibit effective listening, communication, and interpersonal abilities. • Maintain attention to detail, dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
