About the Role

• Interpret plans and specifications for subcontractors and craft personnel. • Implement pre‑construction quality plans and obtain construction permits. • Maintain material tracking, test/inspection logs, concrete placement records, and non‑conformance reports. • Prepare, manage, and distribute contract documents, RFIs, and correspondence. • Oversee a three‑phase inspection system and manage testing/inspection processes. • Process submittals to align with the project schedule. • Verify subcontractor insurance and handle final payment requests. • Issue and update RFIs, change orders, and as‑built construction documents. • Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. • Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and performance management.
