About the Role
• Serve as primary customer liaison, delivering regular project updates. • Own projects from concept through completion, managing schedules and margins. • Interpret specifications to create designs meeting quality and schedule requirements. • Release complete drawing packages to manufacturing. • Generate bills of materials, maintain project schedules, and update quality control forms. • Identify and recommend product and process improvements. • Follow safety procedures when working near energized electrical enclosures. • Conduct customer site visits, traveling ~10% of the time. • Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an associate’s degree with a Utility Systems Certificate. • Possess 1‑3 years of engineering experience (or 5 years on Systems Control project teams). • Understand company product offerings and customer needs. • Have basic knowledge of AC and DC circuits. • Be able to read schematics and wiring diagrams. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. • Exhibit strong attention to detail. • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
