About the Role
The Sales & Support Specialist role is an outbound position that contacts existing customers and new leads to up‑sell products and services, retain at‑risk and high‑value accounts, and provide consultative solutions. The specialist uses company systems, educates customers on the Customer Portal, generates leads for territory representatives, and processes orders while meeting sales and quality metrics. • Use provided systems to call existing customers for satisfaction and product optimization through fact finding, active listening, and solution selling • Educate the customer on many uses and positive attributes of the Customer Portal • Create business leads for outside territory representatives • Set up appointments for OSRs to meet customers and review future needs and unresolved issues, then communicate findings to the appropriate OSR or PCM • Analyze customer needs with limited customer engagement • Utilize product knowledge and documentation to provide appropriate product recommendations • Generate incremental revenue for client partners • Measure job performance through various sales and quality metrics

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least one year of sales experience, strong communication and listening skills, and a self‑starter attitude capable of meeting deadlines in a high‑stress environment.
