About the Role
In this role you will drive commercial excellence by creating innovative pricing frameworks, competitive positioning and accurate rate‑card databases. You will build and nurture a robust vendor ecosystem, especially in secondary and tertiary markets, and negotiate strategic partnerships. You will also ensure operational excellence through rigorous contract management, compliance oversight, audit frameworks and risk mitigation. • Develop innovative pricing frameworks and competitive positioning to win business while protecting margins. • Build and maintain a robust network of facility‑management service providers across primary, secondary and tertiary Indian markets. • Create and manage databases, rate cards, and Bills of Quantities for consumables to enable accurate cost estimation. • Establish audit and compliance processes, ensuring contract integrity, regulatory adherence and risk mitigation. • Lead strategic procurement initiatives with 3–5 years experience in facility management or real‑estate services.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds at least a graduate degree and 3‑5 years of strategic procurement experience, preferably within facility management or real‑estate services. Strong analytical skills, market benchmarking, advanced Excel, and familiarity with procurement technologies are required. Deep knowledge of facility‑management service categories, ESG reporting and contract structuring, as well as excellent communication, stakeholder management and cultural sensitivity, are essential. • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities in market benchmarking, pricing strategy and advanced Excel data analysis. • Possess deep knowledge of facility‑management service categories, ESG principles and procurement technology tools. • Exhibit strong stakeholder management, communication, cultural sensitivity and project‑execution capabilities.
