About the Role
The Porter/Yard Worker (Yard Associate) is responsible for positioning and retrieving equipment on the site, maintaining a written maintenance schedule, and servicing equipment to meet specifications. They also inspect assets before and after rental to document any loss or damage. What You Bring
Candidates should preferably have a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with common construction and industrial tools, and some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair. Essential skills include effective written and oral communication, basic arithmetic, proficiency with Microsoft Office, general mechanical aptitude, and a safety‑first mindset.
