About the Role

• Assist in planning and coordinating subcontractor activities within the assigned area. • Monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards. • Support oversight of construction crafts and trades on site. • Follow direction from the superintendent or project manager and enforce field policies. • Implement AECOM Hunt safety program to maintain a safe work environment. • Update and manage project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes. • Communicate with clients, architects, and design professionals to verify design intent and client satisfaction. • Facilitate communication among field management, project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialty contractors. • Continuously expand professional knowledge and training skills to boost innovation and productivity.

What You Bring

The role seeks candidates with a relevant bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in construction project work.
