Assist in planning, coordination, and monitoring of subcontractor activities on construction sites.

About the Role
• Assist in planning and coordinating subcontractor activities within the assigned area. • Monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards. • Support oversight of construction crafts and trades on site. • Follow direction from the superintendent or project manager and enforce field policies. • Implement AECOM Hunt safety program to maintain a safe work environment. • Update and manage project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes. • Communicate with clients, architects, and design professionals to verify design intent and client satisfaction. • Facilitate communication among field management, project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialty contractors. • Continuously expand professional knowledge and training skills to boost innovation and productivity.

What You Bring
The role seeks candidates with a relevant bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in construction project work. Standard employment conditions apply, and successful applicants must meet pre‑employment screening requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Completed an internship in the construction industry. • Experience working on an active construction site. • Ability to follow directions and interact with all management levels on a construction project. • Experience coordinating multiple trades on a construction project. • No sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization is available. • Candidates must pass a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test.
