In-Store Cleaning Manager

About the Role

In this role you will supervise the team delivering a high‑quality cleaning service to the store, while also taking part in cleaning tasks yourself. The focus is on maintaining a clean retail environment and ensuring the team meets service standards. You will recruit, train and schedule cleaning staff, create rotas and manage timesheets to ensure accurate payment. Flexibility with working times is required to meet business needs, and you will prioritize health and safety, monitoring compliance for yourself and all on‑site personnel. The company will provide the necessary equipment and support. • Lead and participate in store cleaning operations. • Hire, train, and create work schedules for the cleaning crew. • Oversee accurate timesheet processing and payroll for the team. • Enforce health and safety standards and provide necessary equipment. • Manage stock, record working hours, and address employee relations issues.

What You Bring
