About the Role
In this role you will coordinate activities to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely for both the client and the company. The Service Delivery Coordinator acts as a central point of contact, overseeing field leadership, emergency response, audit compliance, equipment readiness and continuous improvement across projects. • Maintain 24/7 readiness to deploy to rig/well sites for emergencies. • Provide on‑site support for equipment failures and client troubleshooting. • Conduct proactive field audits and lead formal reviews with Aramco operations and quality teams. • Manage long‑term equipment readiness and coordinate job planning between engineering, AMO, and readiness teams. • Capture and implement “lessons learned” by coordinating post‑job reviews with supervisors. • Ensure compliance with internal HSE policies and procedures. • Effectively manage equipment contingencies while maintaining client confidence. • Apply a “boots‑on‑the‑ground” approach to crew coaching and auditing. • Work on a standard 5‑day office schedule with flexible patterns. • Participate in tailored financial programs and additional voluntary benefits.

What You Bring
Success requires a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of coiled tubing experience, especially with nitrogen handling and high‑pressure pumping. You must be familiar with Aramco safety, quality and standard practices, able to manage equipment contingencies, coach crews on‑site and communicate fluently in English. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Possess 10+ years of coiled tubing experience, including nitrogen handling and high‑pressure pumping. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Aramco safety, quality, and standard practices. • Communicate fluently in English. • Access contemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities.
