About the Role

• Plan, coordinate, and execute project‑specific quality control programs in accordance with contract requirements. • Complete all required administrative documentation on schedule to maintain compliance. • Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction aligned with RQC’s mission and values. • Provide on‑site quality oversight for military/federal projects, requiring travel or relocation as needed. • Maintain a current USACE CQM for Contractors certificate (or equivalent) and required safety certifications (EM 385‑1‑1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour).

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, building construction, or building science, or possess equivalent work experience and training. They must have 5–10 years of relevant experience, including at least two consecutive years as a QC Manager, and hold a current USACE CQM for Contractors certificate or equivalent. Additional certifications such as specialty inspection licenses, LEED AP, EM 385‑1‑1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour are desired or required, with training available. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools is required, and familiarity with Viewpoint/Vista software is preferred. Benefits

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on experience, and includes a vehicle allowance, UnitedHealthcare medical/dental/vision benefits, paid vacation, sick and holiday leave, and bonus eligibility. • Earn a salary of $100,000‑$145,000 plus vehicle allowance, medical/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, and bonus eligibility.
