About the Role
Parsons is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join a complex metro infrastructure project in Dublin. The role will manage planning, cost, risk, and performance functions, ensuring accurate baselines for schedule, cost, and scope to support informed decision‑making and effective governance. The position requires overseeing project controls activities across complex infrastructure projects, establishing and maintaining standardized PMO frameworks, and providing guidance to project teams. What You Bring
Candidates must have at least ten years of project‑controls experience, including five years in senior PCM roles on high‑value rail or infrastructure projects, and hold a minimum Level 8 degree in a relevant field. Extensive knowledge of controls tools, planning, scheduling, cost and risk management, as well as strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, is required. Professional certifications such as PMP or APM, experience in quality‑assurance and process improvement within construction or infrastructure, and a proven ability to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high governance standards are desirable.
