About the Role
The role works closely with Quality and Operational Leadership to establish a structured Quality Management framework for JBS Operations globally. It involves collaborating with the Quality Director and managers to gather and analyze quality data, develop tactical solutions, and maintain quality tools such as audit forms and complaint logs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Day‑to‑day activities include partnering with technology teams to develop automation for transaction processes, implementing quality improvement initiatives, establishing quality control measures, and monitoring key performance indicators. The position also requires conducting regular audits, analyzing trends to drive decision‑making, and staying current with industry best practices and regulations. • Establish a structured Quality Management framework for JBS Operations worldwide. • Gather and analyze quality data and metrics to develop tactical solutions. • Develop and maintain quality tools (audit forms, complaint logs, trackers, QMS) ensuring compliance. • Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement automation for transaction processes. • Lead quality improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance transaction efficiency. • Create and monitor quality control measures, ensuring compliance across functions. • Define and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and strategies. • Analyze data trends to drive decisions and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor key performance indicators related to transaction quality and propose enhancements. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in real estate quality management.
