Sales Representatives can earn up to $80,000 in their first year, and many top performers exceed six figures, some averaging $150,000 annually, by following our proven sales process. While individual earnings vary, our structure and training set driven reps up for success. We offer a base pay of $250 per week plus commission and performance‑based incentives, unlimited earning potential through a competitive commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
