About the Role

We are seeking a Site Administrator to provide administrative and ad‑hoc support to the environment, finance and construction teams, helping to streamline daily operations, manage documentation and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations. • Provide administrative support to environment, finance and construction teams, including data entry, document management, and report generation. • Track and manage inventory levels, maintain records, and reorder supplies as needed. • Coordinate and schedule team meetings, prepare agendas, book facilities, and arrange catering. • Process invoices and expense reports to support departmental financial operations. • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics. • Assist in maintaining safety, health, and environmental compliance through documentation and reporting.

What You Bring

The Central‑West Orana Transmission Project will unlock up to 4.5 GW of new network capacity and is slated to be operational by 2028. The successful candidate will be based in Merotherie, within the Central‑West Orana region, working from the camp and main office. • 2–3 years’ experience in administration on large infrastructure construction projects. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organisational abilities and a collaborative team focus. • Ability to multitask, exercise sound judgement, and balance competing priorities. • Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
