About the Role
• Operate graders and road maintenance equipment across multiple South Australian locations. • Respond to hazard and emergency incidents, including night shifts and weekend call‑outs. • Maintain high safety standards while traveling and working outdoors in regional areas. • Lead teams to achieve productivity targets in a Leading Hand capacity. • Use tablets and smartphones for technology‑enabled reporting and communication. • Contribute to safe road networks and benefit from annual salary increases.

What You Bring
Roles available include Grader Operator and Senior/Road Worker in locations such as Murray Bridge, Loxton, Naracoorte, Sturt, Nuriootpa and Walkley Heights. Desired candidates have a strong motivation to help the community, hold a current Medium Rigid/Heavy Rigid licence, possess a Construction Induction/White Card, and preferably have current traffic control tickets. They should have proven ability to operate mobile plant, machinery and equipment in road maintenance, be available for night shift, emergency call outs, weekends, be proficient with tablets/smartphones, and have experience leading teams (Leading Hand). • Hold a current Medium/Heavy Rigid driver’s licence and a Construction Induction/White Card. • Possess traffic control tickets and proven mobile plant operation experience.
