About the Role

The Digital Design Specialist (Civil) supports a specific discipline under the supervision of an architect, engineer or other technical professional, assisting in the development and maintenance of the discipline model and delivering accurate BIM output. • Work within a specific discipline under direct supervision of an architect, engineer, or technical professional. • Assist in developing the discipline model from digital design, architectural, or engineering staff. • Help create the discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output. • Accurately model BIM elements following special constraints using current 3D software. • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams of the design using Revit. • Maintain the discipline model’s project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match‑lines, views, and sheets. • Produce discipline‑specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling output.

What You Bring

• Technical degree or at least three years of related industry experience. • Proficiency with 3D design software and document‑management infrastructure. • Competency in Microsoft Office and communication tools. • Experience using 3D coordination tools. • Excellent communication, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
