About the Role

The Junior Project Manager will oversee the development and execution of architectural construction documents, collaborate with external consultants, and guide internal project teams through design, documentation, construction administration, and project close‑out activities. • Oversee production and coordination of contracts, field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications. • Ensure deliverables align with contract scope, design intent, and MG2 quality standards while integrating consultant inputs. • Collaborate with internal designers to incorporate design outputs into contract documents and specifications, considering jurisdictional, client, and program requirements. • Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and partners, including code research, feasibility studies, and AHJ meetings. • Provide administrative support: prepare meeting agendas/minutes, update trackers, manage permit applications, and maintain RFI and submittal logs. • Apply firm‑wide documentation standards using MG2 templates and graphics, and guide staff on design standards implementation. • Assist in creating accurate project specifications that align with scope, intent, and contractual deliverables. • Participate in QA/QC reviews of all deliverables, including consultant documents, drawings, and specifications. • Manage external submittals to local permitting authorities, handling coordination, administrative tasks, and site‑specific procedures. • Support construction administration through site visits, field reports, submittal and RFI reviews, and formal response generation. • Deliver work on schedule, demonstrating understanding of design intent and project budget.

The role offers the chance to work on global and national building programs with a focus on project and client leadership throughout all phases of design and delivery. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a professional architecture or design firm. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. • Skilled with collaboration tools such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams. • Experience coordinating architectural construction documents across varied project types and complexities. • Full‑cycle construction administration experience, including RFI/submittal review, field reporting, and project close‑out. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
