As the primary contact and project lead for medium to large mandates, the strategist integrates workstreams, collaborates with client account teams, builds internal and external partnerships, assembles core project teams, maintains schedules and budgets, leads goal‑setting and milestone meetings, validates project information, tracks decisions, creates communication networks, and resolves conflicts while advocating for occupant satisfaction. The role provides regular client reporting, supports internal and account reporting requirements, and ensures robust dissemination of project updates and design intent throughout the project lifecycle. What You Bring

We are seeking a full‑time Workplace Strategist, Integration to join our team in a hybrid capacity (2‑3 days per week) from any BGIS office in Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, or Vancouver. The Workplace Strategist, Integration consults with clients to coordinate communications, connections, direction, and outcomes, acting as the connector that identifies opportunities and ensures necessary adjustments. The role integrates work streams for workplace fit‑up and transformation, covering early consultation, interior design, furniture procurement, relocation, sustainable decommissioning, and change‑management programs, and requires experience in workplace transformation and real‑estate modernization. Candidates must hold a university or college degree (bachelor’s level or higher) and have three to five years of experience in corporate workplace experience or project delivery services, with education or certification in interior design, change management, project management, facilities management, or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project, senior‑level communication, meeting leadership, analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills are required, as well as strong verbal and written communication and a service‑driven mindset. • Require a bachelor's degree and 3‑5 years experience in corporate workplace or real‑estate projects. • Preferred certifications in interior design, change management, project or facilities management. • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project, and skilled in senior‑level communications. • Strong analytical, organizational, time‑management, and verbal/written communication abilities.
